Cancellation Policy.

Effective August 28, 2026 · Pre-launch policy draft

Student cancellations

A student who cancels a confirmed lesson at least 24 hours before its scheduled start receives the lesson credits back to the Vervalio credit balance. The booking page shows the lesson time and current cancellation availability before a request is submitted.

Self-service cancellation normally closes during the final 24 hours. A late cancellation does not automatically return lesson credits, but a student may request review when an emergency, verified service failure, or other exceptional circumstance prevented attendance.

Instructor or service cancellations

If an instructor or Vervalio cancels a confirmed lesson, the student will normally receive the lesson credits back or may be offered an equivalent replacement. A rescheduled lesson is not confirmed until the replacement time is accepted through the service.

When a meeting or platform failure is disputed, Vervalio may review booking status, meeting records, timestamps, communications, and support evidence before deciding whether to restore credits.

No-shows and late arrival

A student may be marked as a no-show when they do not join or participate within a reasonable portion of the scheduled lesson and there is no verified service failure. A no-show does not automatically return credits. Repeated no-shows or disruption may lead to booking restrictions.

An instructor no-show or an instructor's inability to deliver the lesson is handled as an instructor or service cancellation. Students and instructors should report attendance issues promptly and provide only information relevant to the lesson.

Credits, payment refunds, and review

Returning lesson credits is different from refunding a credit purchase to its original payment method. Purchase refunds, partial returns, chargebacks, and provider reconciliation are governed by the Refund Policy.

Cancellation reviews may be requested at [email protected]. The evidence deadline, appeal process, and region-specific cancellation rights require counsel review. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over conflicting language in this draft.

Launch notice

This is an operational draft, not a final legal policy. It requires review by qualified counsel together with the Terms of Service and Refund Policy before public launch.
