Learn with respect
Students and instructors should create a patient, professional learning environment. Respect differences in language ability, accent, nationality, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, and background.
Harassment, hate speech, threats, stalking, sexual misconduct, bullying, humiliation, discriminatory treatment, and encouragement of violence or self-harm are not permitted.
Protect privacy and safety
Do not reveal another person's private information, pressure someone to move a lesson off-platform, request unnecessary sensitive information, or share lesson links with unauthorized people. Never secretly record, screenshot, transcribe, publish, or redistribute lesson content.
Accounts involving minors require the safeguards and guardian involvement required by applicable law. Sexualized conduct involving a minor, grooming, exploitation, or attempts to arrange unsafe contact are prohibited and may be escalated where legally required.
Keep the service trustworthy
Do not impersonate others, manipulate ratings or reviews, commit payment fraud, sell or transfer accounts or credits, evade a restriction, disrupt lessons, distribute malware, probe security controls, scrape private data, or use Vervalio to arrange unlawful activity.
Learning materials and feedback must respect intellectual-property rights. Users remain responsible for checking whether they have permission to upload, quote, translate, record, or distribute third-party content.
Reporting and enforcement
Users may report lessons, public feedback, safety concerns, or suspected abuse through the reporting tools made available by Vervalio or at [email protected]. Reports should be truthful, limited to relevant information, and must not include passwords, payment credentials, or unrelated private data.
Depending on severity and available evidence, Vervalio may remove content, hide a review, warn or restrict an account, cancel a booking, preserve necessary evidence, suspend access, or take other proportionate action under the Terms of Service. Immediate safety threats should be directed to the appropriate local emergency service.
Fair review
Enforcement decisions should consider context, severity, repetition, user safety, and reliable service records. The reporting channel, response targets, appeal process, evidence retention periods, and any legally required escalation procedures must be finalized before launch.
Launch notice
These guidelines are a pre-launch operational draft. They require review by qualified counsel and safety specialists before public launch, including final rules for minors, reports, appeals, and mandatory disclosures.
